113th Annual Conference – #shellfish21
Our annual meeting is an important time for the exchange of research, best practices and networking, especially for our students (“recruits”) and early career researchers. While the current global pandemic has curtailed travel and getting together in person we are looking forward to seeing everyone, even if virtually, sharing like we always do.
This website, Zoom For Meetings application, and our Slack Meeting Channels will be the focus for this years meeting. For the best experience at this virtual meeting, please be sure to review our “best practices: page in our FAQ section.
Auction to support our Recruits
Our student section is very active, especially for our conferences. We look forward each year to welcoming the new student members and seeing the progress of all existing students. Each year our Auction is a major part of our fund raising to support the students with scholarships, travel and research awards.
Due to current limitations, this year it will be a silent auction. Unfortunately that means no fun costumes, but we do hope that it will be a success for all. If you have something that you would like to contribute, please contact us so we can discuss the logistics.
As soon as the details are solidified, our Auction page will go live and bidding can begin on March 22.
